Newborn babies are best photographed between 5-10 days after birth on the day of their photo session. This also depends on their due date and birth weight. Your newborn baby will generally fall asleep more easily and will sleep for longer periods of time. Baby acne and skin flaking will appear more often on newborns older than 10 days.

Maternity PhotographyMaternity PhotographyThe best time for your maternity session is between your seventh and eighth month of pregnancy. Some mamas are showing SUPER early and choose to do theirs around the early seventh month. Other mamas don’t show as much and opt to wait until the middle to late weeks of their eighth month. It’s all good! Then there are still a few mamas who get in touch just a couple of weeks before their due date and yes there is still time for a maternity session.
