Ingredients:
*300 grams flour.*225 grams butter.*110 grams sugar.*½ teaspoon almond extract.*½ teaspoon salt.
Method:
1.First beat the butter.Add the sugar and beat slowly.
2.Next add the almond extract ,flour and salt.
3.Later put in the refrigerator for two hours.
4.After that put the mixture into a greased baking tray. Prick the surface with a fork. Cut into small rectangles.
5.Finally bake at 150 ºC for 30 minutes.
