PRIVATE SITTING REQUEST

The photo shoot held on October 28th

was a great success, with many happy customers. We were pleased when all the time

slots available filled up, and your photographers worked diligently to complete all appointments on time.

However on November 1st

your photographers showed up late and were not ready for the first portrait for 45 minutes. They

had almost caught up with the waiting customers when they announced they had to leave early, upsetting many customers

who had waited for hours. Although they did offer to give the customers who had not received their turn an opportunity to

come into the studio on November 15th

and a bonus 5’’x7’’ printout.

One of our clients,who brought in his three young children in their best clothes, was told that he would have to accompany

them in the photo. He was unprepared for the occasion, but was told he could have the portrait of the children alone if he

was willing to pay for the sitting and prints. When we made our agreement to have your photographers come in, no one was

to be no charged any money, and there was no mention that an adult had to be included in the portrait.

Since the remaining customers will be coming in to your studio on November 15th

,we would appreciate if you would allow

him to come in and have a free portrait sitting for his children. Hopefully this will be the last of the issues and maybe we can

go ahead and promote this in our other branches.
