New Idea!I have now decided to take

photographs of anything (objects, food, people, plants etc) that can

be manipulated from the everyday to convey a completely new

association and hopefully connote the meanings of love, romance and

desire.

Initial IdeasInitially, I wanted to capture photographs of real life couples

and show the opposition of this against the media interpretation of couples who are in “love”. I originally looked at famous photographers who take photos of celebrity couples and how they are represented and how the ideological idea of

love and romance is conveyed through the images.

I found it very interesting comparing some photographs found online of real wedding photography and the photographs captured of wedding photography that gloss the pages of

celebrity magazines such as OK! And Hello.

After careful thought I decided that It would be too difficult to capture real couples in terms of finding people who would

agree and also because I don’t think I would be able to progress that much from shoot to shoot because of limited

resources.
