Genre characteristicsWell the references to rap are their through out the scene of them drinking at the bar and the constant references back to alcohol their also smoking which subtly pulls across the rap more. Also their bandana's seen in the video is a clearly a rap characteristic and Charlie sheen capitalizes this by incorporating it in his stage outfit. There are some alternative references through the skateboarding which is something you would find in alternative video's another rock characteristic is the performance at the end in front of crowds, this is something that rock video's try to show a lot in their video. Hollywood do a very good job of trying to merge both.
