On top of my wishlist: communication that engages and satisfies. How do we collaborate well if we do not communicate well? It’s time to take a fresh look at what does and does not work and for whom. Let’s call out the ‘failures to communicate’ and figure out what works better. This work-in-progress is for a future talk I’d love to give at an event or workshop.
