On April 5th 2013 a team from Odyssey Marine Exploration came across the broken wreckage of the "Buen Jesus y Nuestra Senora del Rosario."
She was hit by a hurricane on September 5th, 1622.
It sank in the Gulf of Mexico carrying 17,000 pieces of silver and gold.
The loss of this ship and it's cohort resulted the Bank of Madrid defaulting its loans, and the end of the Spanish Empire.
