Monitoring and follow up visits are automatically populated in the scheduling tool 6 months following installation. Monitoring visits include:

• Annual visit• 6 month follow up for inadequate water quality• 3 month follow up for inadequate functionality

We collect data using 3 surveys: household, water point and water quality.

Currently, we have 4 queries:

• TWT v. mWater Code

• Most recent KPI performance for all villages

• All KPIs for all villages (all visits)

• Most recent KPI performance for one village

In villages with lower e. coli (higher water quality), households collect fees. 3 villages are an exception to that rule.

In these 3 villages:

• We have household data on 2 of the 3 villages

• In those 2 villages, households have more pit latrines and less improved latrines than all households
