IEQ, does it matter to you? What is IEQ?IEQ or Indoor Environmental Quality is a term referring to the air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants.
IEQ can be affected by microbial contaminants (mold, bacteria), gases (including carbon monoxide, radon, volatile organic compounds), particulates, or any mass or energy stressor that can induce adverse health conditions.

Nanotechnology is the understanding and control of matter at dimensions between approximately 1 and 100 nanometers, where unique phenomena enable novel applications. Encompassing nanoscale science, engineering, and technology, nanotechnology involves imaging, measuring, modeling, and manipulating matter at this length scale.
A nanometer is one-billionth of a meter. A sheet of paper is about 100,000 nanometers thick; a single gold atom is about a third of a nanometer in diameter. Dimensions between approximately 1 and 100 nanometers are known as the nanoscale. Unusual physical, chemical, and biological properties can emerge in materials at the nanoscale. These properties may differ in important ways from the properties of bulk materials and single atoms or molecules.

In chemistry, photocatalysis is the acceleration of a photoreaction in the presence of a catalyst. In catalysed
photolysis, light is absorbed by an adsorbed substrate. In photogenerated catalysis, the photocatalytic
activity (PCA) depends on the ability of the catalyst to create electron–hole pairs, which generate free radicals
(hydroxyl radicals: ·OH) able to undergo secondary reactions. Commercial application of the process is
called Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP).
Chlorophyll of plants is a type of photocatalyst. Photocatalysis compared to photosynthesis, in which
chlorophyll captures sunlight to turn water and carbon dioxide into oxygen and glucose, photocatalysis
creates strong oxidation agent to breakdown any organic matter to carbon dioxide and water in the
presence of photocatalyst, light and water.

Nanomax®
Nanomax® contains nano-scaled Ti02 (titanium dioxide) and Ag (nano silver), a safe substance that is
activated into hydroxyl radicals while in the presence of light (room lighting, natural sunlight). It
does not deplete easily and provides a semi-permanent protection that lasted under a minimum 1
year warranty. Providing you with the anti-bacterial, anti-odor, anti-mold, anti-VOC and anti-viral
