I will always use two hands when carrying the netbook computer.Cart to deskDesk to cartANYWHERE

I will be gentle with the netbook, touch pad, and power cords.

• Synonyms: bland, delicate, light, mellow, mild, nonabrasive, soft, soothing, tender

I will walk when carrying the netbook.Being in a hurry isn’t worth it!

I will not touch the screen.

Fingers hurt the screen.People can still see even if your

finger isn’t there!

I will not eat or drink when working on the netbook. No exceptions!Food can wait if you want to use

a netbook.

I will not change, remove, destroy, or vandalize any part of the netbook.

The netbook looks EXACTLY the same as when you got it.

I will not peel stickers or labels OFF of the netbook.Scratch your head if you need to

scratch something, not stickers!

I will completely SHUT DOWN the netbook when I am finished using it.

This is different from a regular school computer.

A partner needs to see your black screen and give you the “ok” before you close it.

I will return the netbook to the correct numbered shelf and plug it into the power cord so that it is charged.

Power it up!

Misuse or abuse will result in disciplinary action. Vandalism or destruction is an automatic Level II referral, and you will pay for the cost to repair/replace the netbook.
