Change Password FormThis form is used to change the User Password. For changing the

password, the user the mustenter the Old Password, New Password and Confirm Password.

Then click the Submitbutton.

Software Layout Configuration Form

This form is used for the Software Layout Configuration Settings. The User can set the Color, Fonts and Other text properties according to his choice. For this fill up all the required fields and click on the Set Header Style button for setting the Header Configuration and Click on the Set Form Style button for Setting the Form Configuration. These Settings can be set as Default settings by clicking on the Set as Default button.

Add / Update Company FormThis form is used to add or update company details .

This form is used to add or update branch details .

Add New User FormThis form is used for creating new User. Enter all the required information and click onAdd User button. This form have different modules for the different Access Rights. All the Access Rights are defined here.

Edit User Form

This form is used to updating the user details.

CUSTOMERMODULE

Customer Registration FormThis form is used for Customer Registration. There are other sub forms also on this form which are mentioned as links at the end of the form before the submit button. Just click on each link and that particular sub form will be displayed. Enter all the required information on all the forms and click on Submit button.

Loan Application FormThis is the form for entering loan details and applying for the loan.

Field Investigation FormThis is the form for field Investigation details.

Loan Allotment FormThis is the form for approving loan for a customer. It also calculates the EMI, Principle, Interest ,etc according to given details.

Loan Installment Receipt Form

This is the form for creating loan Installment receipts. You have to choose Customer code and Loan code then it will show you payment stages and ask you for which stage and of what amount you want to

create the receipt. Customer can pay either by cash or cheque. In case of cheque it will ask for cheque no.

After Choosing Customer code and loan code, choose payment stages, enter receipt no., and payment details. And click on Create Receipt

Print Receipt FormThis is the form for printing loan receipts.

Collection Report FormThis is the form creating collection reports (for both received or pending).

This is the form for cheque reconciliation.

Due Reports Form

This is the form for creating due reports for individual customers.

Party Payments FormThis is the form for submitting party payments.

Other Charges FormThis is the form for submitting other charges made by customers .
