Meetings cost money , so question yourself whether or not this meeting adds value?

This may seem like a no-brainer...

2 It's all about timing!

Plan with a specific start and stop time.

Respect and act accordingly to these times

Keep the meeting on topic,

all other things offline!

Topics that don't relate to all attendants should be handled separately.

Aim for a maximum of15 minutes

Be aware that people have a short attention span

3 No passengers!

Restrict attendance to only those who need to be there
