» Use lab approved fabric and compound only.
» Clean the mill and calender guides including the
equipment surrounding area before starting unit.
» Load single strip of compound to both the cracker
mills. Then feed these compound to your holding mill.
» Always keep minimum compound in calender nips
and mills.
» Apply correct bleeder yarn.
» Put identification tags before storing your calendered
fabric in racks.
» Close cooling water lines to mills when mills are not
running

» Do not over load your two-roll mills and calender nips.
» Do not use held up compounds and dipped fabric.
» Do not stop unit with fabric in the line.
» Do not throw sheeted-out compound on the floor.
» Do not store calendered fabric on floor.
» Do not use damaged liner / baggy liner.
» Do not run mills with cooling water lines closed.
