Seating Forms

• Available at the 2nd Floor Photocopier– Payment is not required

• Due on or before 19 January 2011– Submit to Sir Nat

• No restrictions• Only one copy for 10 people must be filled

up• For questions/clarifications, refer to:

Payments

• Must be settled on or before the 4th of February 2011

• If there are problems, you may approach Sir Nat or any Councilor

Transportation

• Two trips from Pisay to Wack – Wack– 1st Trip: 3:30 PM– 2nd Trip: 5:00 PM

• Passengers for each trip will be pre-determined

• Maps showing the direction to Wack-Wack will be made available

Rental Services

• Refer to memo sent to presidents– Memorandum 3 for Be, Cs, Li, Mg, Na, Sr– Memorandum 3-A for K, Rb

• Formal wear will be made available to those who need them– Those with extra suits may want to lend them

to others
