myaiesec.net Guidelines

Firstly, get an account from http://myaiesec.net/

Tick member.

Fill up your particulars and submit.

Inform your EP manager upon completion of signing up.

Wait for approval from your EP manager.

Log in to myaiesec.net once your account got approved using the log in email that you used when

you registered.

Click on Take GCDP or GIP

Choose your preference

You will be requested to raise an email, which you have to put your first name and last name. e.g. First Name: John, Last Name: Kong, and click on Raise Request, and your AIESEC email address will be: john.kong@aiesec.net.

You can use this email address by using google mail.

It is advisable for you to use it for AIESEC purpose.

Fill in the details that has a * mark

Click into professional information and it is compulsory upload your CV/Resume here!

Proceed with Background and click edit to fill in your details.

Fill in accordingly and click “Save “

Remember to tick the square boxes too!

Repeat the same step for Skills and Languages.

If problem occurs in between where you can’t return to the page requiring you to fill

in the details:

Go to Homepage (click on the icon at the top)

Go to “Take GCDP or GIP”

Once you’ve done filling in, make sure there is no * mark. Click on “Generate Form”.

Copy your EP ID. Continue by filling in the information needed.

Fill in your Personal Preferences.

“Preferred” is the period you wanted to go is mutable, “Required” is the period MUST be the period you stated.

Choose the region that you want to go for Exchange.

The “World” column is always ticked, make sure you un-tick it , unless you are that flexible. =)

Done! Save it and tell your EP Manager that you successfully raised yourself! Remember to let him/her know your EPID.

Your status now is New, to be able to matchwith a project, you have to be Available. Your EP

Manager will tell you how to make yourself Available! Don’t worry. =)
