DESCRIPTION

High school athletics has been and continues to be more and more competitive. In order for an athlete to be competitive and move on to the next level, there is a minimum fitness requirement. The problem? Athletes born with average or below average athleticism are written off because coaches don't know how to train them properly. Done correctly, the intensity, variety, and movements of CrossFit + the incorporation of sport specific techniques provide a powerful stimulus to help any athlete reach their potential.
