planning by coordinator (not much focus on

clubs, forgetting schools or vice-versa, etc.)

• Report form explains the structure of the

program; is not just the report form!

•Encourage the National Coordinators to make

lots of practical work (schools/clubs)

•Push the National Coordinators to send the 3

reports well on time

•Push the National Coordinators to provide

quality reports/information

$2000 a year to travel to planned

tournaments

• Facility Grant: the amount of maximum

$20000 to construct/reconstruct tennis

courts
