Proverbs 8 1 Doth not Wisdom cry? and Under-
standing put forth her voice? 2 She standeth in the
top of high places, by the way in the places of the
paths. 3 She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the
city, at the coming in at the doors. 4 Unto you, O
men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.
1 Corinthians 1 30 But of Him are ye in Christ
Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, …

John 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the
Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The
same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things
were made by Him; and without Him was not any
thing made that was made. 4 In Him was life; and
the life was the light of men.
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among
us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the
only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Jesus Christ, The Word of God, The Wisdom of
God is always found by those who seek Him.
He is calling out to all the world, that
some will hear and begin to seek Him.
5
Someone may say, “But I am already saved; I have
already found Jesus as my Savior.”
But, have you accepted Him as Savior and
Lord of your life,
and as the Wisdom by which you live?
6
5 O ye simple (seducible), understand Wisdom:
and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart. 6 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the
opening of my lips shall be right things. 7 For my
mouth shall speak Truth; and wickedness is an
abomination (hated thing; disgusting) to my lips.
Proverbs 1 (TLB) 30 and you turned your back on
Me, spurning My advice. 31 That is why you must
eat the bitter fruit of having your own way and
experience the full terrors of the pathway you have
chosen.
7
So many think that they are too smart to live
according to the simplicity of the Bible.
They are too modern to accept the “Old
fashioned” values of the Word of God.
They buy wholeheartedly into the “feel good”
psychology of our culture.
They will eat the bitter fruit of their own way.
They will experience the terrors of that path.
8
Isaiah 5 20 Woe (grief and distress) unto them that
call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for
light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for
sweet, and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe unto them that
are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their
own sight!
There is no Wisdom outside the Word of God.
Good is what God says is good.
Evil is what God says is evil.

8 All the words of My Mouth are in righteousness;
there is nothing froward (struggle against) or
perverse (distorted; false) in them.
Jesus, Wisdom, the Word of God speaks
only words of righteousness.
It’s all good!
There is nothing to be rejected or resisted.
Embrace every Word of God.
10
9 They are all plain to him that understandeth, and
right to them that find knowledge.
(TLB) 9 My words are plain and clear to anyone
with half a mind -- if it is only open!
The only people who do not see right from
wrong and see it clearly,
Are those who do not want to see.
They want to live life their own way.
11
10 Receive my instruction, and not silver; and
knowledge rather than choice gold. 11 For wisdom
is better than rubies; and all the things that may be
desired are not to be compared to it.
To hear and receive the preached or taught
Word of God is more valuable to you
Than gold, silver, or precious stones.
12
Nothing you could ever desire is worth
more than living your life God’s Way.
Galatians 5 22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love,
joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness,
faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is
no law. This is what God gives us
when we love Him.
