JESUS’ LOVE, YOUR LOVE
(SERMON 7)
JAMES 2: 8-13(8) If you really fulfill the royal law
according to the Scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing well.
JAMES 2: 8-13(9) But if you show partiality, you
are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
JAMES 2: 8-13(10)For whoever keeps the whole
law but fails in one point has become accountable for all of it.
JAMES 2: 8-13(11)For he who said, "Do not
commit adultery," also said, "Do not murder." If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.
JAMES 2: 8-13(12)So speak and so act as those
who are to be judged under the law of liberty.
(13)For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

WHAT IS REAL LOVE?
1 CORINTHIANS 13: 1-3
(1) If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.

GOD’S HOLINESS AND LOVE INTERSECT AT
THE CROSS
ROMANS 5:8(8) but God shows his love for us
in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
1 JOHN 4: 9-10(9) In this the love of God was made
manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.
(10)In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
