This liminal

moment, nestled

between what was

and what is yet to coalesce into being;

this liminal space, a slice between where we were

and where we are going;

this liminal opportunity,

a breath between who we were and who we will become –

thin as a blade, it offers itself to us,

never shying away from any choice that has brought us here.

Boldly, it opens into this moment, this place, this breath.

We are dancers

on the very edges of things,

our possibilities wrapped about us,

the hems of our dancing skirts

swirling in the chaos of what might be.

May we feel the urgency of time as it calls to us.

May we

absorb the density of space

in which

we find

ourselves.

May

we b

reath

e our

way

in

to th

e ful

lness

of

our b

eing.

We are dancers on the very edges of things.

So dance.
