A Visual Journey of Making

Job Posting on Social Media Come to Life

We had to break through the noise on social, and make our interjection of job postings interesting, for Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest & even LinkedIn…

We started pretty basic!

But then realised we could start to play with related imagery…

Better…?

A Job Noticeboard, anyone…? (Taken from a Job Prezi!)

We looked at how artistic imagery could help…

And more…

But stuck with keeping to the client company’s theme...…

...and sometimes, the candidates’ theme. [And cats…]

Occasionally, relating to the holiday season set the right tone…

Increasingly though, the performance stats were suggesting that quality photography drew more attention…

Particularly when you needed to set the scene...

...whet the appetite...

...or indeed, sell the dream!

One decent social job posting, could send someone to orbit!

Another, could get to the heart of the job...

Again, animals are good on the internet...

But we were loving beautiful imagery.

The kind of imagery, that in some way, sold the role.

This kind of imagery sold the role too…!

And this one...

Though it’s good to A/B Test...

If you have a job in Football, then highlight it’s Football!

...whatever the team.

And inspire other passions for the beautiful game...

...Whatever your chosen beautiful game is.

Food is a way to many people’s heart.

So are children.

So is working for a beauty & cosmetics, for some.

Therefore it’s important to capture that.

A Picture can paint a thousand words. But some words help.

These guys would know...

Sometimes, words are all you need.

But in a second, the picture can tell you everything.

And if all else fails, revert to cats... The internet’s best friend.

Thank you.
