Work with troop quartermaster on inventory and proper maintenance of equipment
Make periodic safety checks of all troop equipment and encourage safe use of equipment at all times

CHAPLAIN
Provide a spiritual tone to troop meetings and activities
Give guidance to the troop chaplain’s aide Promote regular participation of each troop
member in his choice of religious organization
Give spiritual counseling service as needed Encourage scouts to earn their appropriate
religious emblems Report to the Committee at each meeting

ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
Help secure permission to use camping sites Serve as transportation coordinator Promote the National Camping Award Promote attendance at campouts,
camporees, and summer camp Secure tour permits for all troop activities Report to the Committee at each meeting
