*Step 1

*Read the user’s guide to familiarize yourself with the new drive being installed.

*Step 2

*Power down the computer being used.

*Step 3

*Open up the computer case.

*Step 4

*Unscrew old CD/DVD ROM

*Step 5

*Unplug CD/DVD ROM cables

*Step 6

*Remove old CD/DVD ROM

*Step 7

*Adjust the jumpers on the back of the drive according to the user guide.

*Step 8

*Slide new drive into bay of the computer

*Step 9

*Secure and screw in new CD/DVD ROM

*Step 10

*Connect interface and audio cable into DVD drive.

*Step 11

*Close computer case and power up!
