Event management agency will set exhibition stalls. They will provide

A standard booth of 8 ft x 8 ft feet Octanorm structure

One table

Two chairs

One standard light

One 220V socket

Three walls allowing display panels

NB: Fascia (8 ft x 1 ft) for the name of the organization will NOT be provided by the event management agency

The structure of the stall will not permit any screw or pin; bring adhesive tape, rope adequately

Bring extension cable with you if electric connection is needed

NB: please take care of your belongings, especially laptop, camera, handicam and any other valuable stuffs

Indoor set-up (fully air conditioned)

Duration of the event: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Selling products is allowed with some precautions (e.g. cooking inside is not allowed)

Managing the beneficiaries

Talking to the media: please provide them with the information only by an experienced and responsible senior official, NOT by anybody

A mela of over 100 stalls showcasing solutions to extreme poverty and a “research zone” highlighting relevant research and publications will operate throughout the day. Refreshments will be on sale at the food court.

Setting up stalls: please come to set up at 7 am and wrap up by 4:30 pm

Event management agency will provide NO assistance to decorate stalls of participating organizations

Food: no lunch will be provided by the organizers, but food will be available on sale in the food court outside the venue

Water: half liter water will be given at registration booth along with the kit; water will also be available on sale on the food court.

Waste management: use the litter bins located in different places of the venue

ATM: an ATM booth of HSBC Bank is available at the venue

In the Research Zone:

The stalls will be 8 ft (length) x 4 ft (height)

One panel of the above dimension will be available for display materials (e.g. design printed over PVC sheet)

Size of the fascia will be 8 ft x 1 ft

1 table and 2 chairs will be there
