Complexity

1. Does your organisation already have some mobile

solutions. Can you learn from that?

2. Does your organisation have any components or

platforms already?

3. Do this align with current KPIs and goals?

4. Is it a corporate concern or a departmental concern?

5. How many people will be able to use it? Can you spread

the cost and investment per user?

6. Do your organisation have any strategies or guiding

principles for mobile?

7. Do you need to connect to 10 different backend systems

just to connect one app, that’s a lot of work.

8. Do you already have a business process schema and a

database schema?

9. What is your preferred integration strategy, is it SOA, API

setup or MDM? If you are looking into a platform and

solution check that it’s compatible with your preferred

integration strategy.

10.Focus on Why and What, NOT on HOW when you try to

sell it internally.
