Technical Training Center

Purpose of the TTC

• To provide technical training for members ages 16 - 21 who may not be college bound and are seeking full-time long-term careers when they graduate high school.

• To provide part-time employment for 16 - 18 year olds and a stipend for all trainees to encourage them to stay in school and the club while successfully completing the training.

• To partner with industries, advance training programs and educational institutions that provide full-time long-term career employment opportunities for high school graduates at the completion of their technical training.

Goals of the TTC

• Retain club members ages 16-18 supporting their academic growth and training them for long-term careers.

• Produce employable trainees ages 16 – 21 through technical training.

• Place 95% of our trained graduates in jobs that may lead them to long term careers.
