To train lecturers at the Ghana Institute of Journalism in developing curriculum and content for e-learning in journalism

Three philosophical reasons:1. Threat of obsolesce2. Principle of Inclusiveness 3. Financial & Monetary Aspect

- Ten lecturers drawn from each department- Entirely On-Line LMS Platform- Facilitators & Technical system administrators MKFC Stockholm College- 4 Months Pilot (September - December 2008)- 4-5 Unit Courses
