As your councillor I will continue to advocate to policeservices, planning and development, and localorganizations to take a community centric approach toshaping safer neighborhoods, while working alongsidethe provincial government, school boards, andadministration towards shaping accessible andequitable schooling options.

Today is International Youth Day! With over 20% ofCalgary’s population made up of youth and as we shapeour city’s future, it is greatly important that we giveyouth an active seat at the decision making table.

Therefore next week we will announce a new youth initiative, including Calgary’s first Youth Advisory Board and Youth Strategy. It’s time to bring the most important voices to City Hall!
