Is lameness a cause for concern on your farm?

Yes they are

• 39% of respondents said 3-5% of their flock would be lame at any one time

• 15% said 6-20% of their flock would be lame at any one time

79% of respondents said footrot was the most common cause of lameness on their farm

However, only 18% of farmers answering the survey were vaccinating for foot rot

And lameness is causing losses
