Are you wrestling with your weight?

Struggling to loose weight permanently - and you just can’t figure out why?

We look at ourselves the mirror, and see many ways in which we don’t compare against the belief we have

in our head how we are "suppose" to look.

Many of us even start to believe that no one can love us because of the way we look,

and then we tend to become desperate to lose weight, and all for the wrong reasons...

We seek out the diets that promise great weight loss in the shortest period, which is

not feasible.

This is a sick cycle that will go repeating itself over and over - until we make the decision that this is it...

Stop.

Only after we have taken the decision - for ourselves, - we are ready to create a lifestyle that helps us

maintain a healthy weight over many years.

Positive Thoughts

The quality of our thinking affects the emotions we experience and the state of our physical health.

The quality of an individual’s thoughts has an impact on his state of happiness, health and quality of life.

The mass you weigh, is a direct outcome of your present subconscious thinking.

Positive self-talk will help you to change your programming by ensuring that you only deliver positive input to your subconscious mind, rather than negative.

Before you can start thinking positive, you must clean out your mind from the negative clutter and dark false beliefs you have about yourself.

If not, these negative thoughts will bring

you down all the time.

Self-talk can work for or against you.

The words you use to describe yourself will trigger how you feel about yourself - witch in turn will trigger

emotions of happiness or failure

Self Talk

Carry a pen and notepad with you and write down all the negative comments about yourself as you think of

them.

Secret 1: JOURNAL WRITING:

Try to find patterns - What triggered these thoughts that you had?

Figure out what you said and why?

Do this for five successive days, and then analyze what you've written down.

Now, if you think precisely, is this bad thoughts the driving force you want as the energy behind everything you do?

If you answered no to this question (most people will) then you have to do something about it.

Write down a few sentences of how you feel about your body. Be totally honest with yourself.

Take a look at what you wrote and see where you could be more positive.

Secret 2: BE SINCERE WITH YOURSELF

What more favorable words could you rather use?

Say, “STOP” out loud as soon as you notice yourself saying something negative in your mind.

This will stop the enclosed circle of negative thinking you have developed.

Now, take every phrase you have written in the above exercise - and turn it around.

Take as an example, if you wrote the phrase 'positive talking will never work for me' change it to 'positive

talk will work for me, and I will stick to it'

Although negative and positive thoughts will always exist,

the key to positivity is to limit the negativity that we experience

by filling ourselves up with more positivity.

Getting Rid of The Negative

Ideas to learn positive talk:

• The moment you start to feel negative emotions, take a

deep breath and clear your mind.

You should make it a habit to only concentrate and talk about what you want - DO NOT TALK ABOUT WHAT

YOU NOT WANT.

• You should talk about your goals and where you are moving to regularly.

• Don’t say anything to yourself that you wouldn’t say to your

best friend. If you catch yourself saying negative things to yourself, stop in your tracks,

and defend yourself against your own rude voice.
