Spacing out• Spacing out is when you ignore someone when their talking to you

Pretend listening • When you act like your listening but you still are ignoring the person

Selective listening • When you listen only to some parts of what someone is saying

Word Listening • You listen but don’t actually try to understand what their saying

Self-Centered listening • We listen but act never try to listen to it in their shoes

Judging • You judge someone based on what their saying

Advising • This is when you only give advices in stead of actually listening

Probing • When you try to dig up feelings but someone is not ready to share

them
