1. First log in to a URL (amongst 100s of URLs) that housed timesheet functionality.

2. Select a timesheet option from 25 alternatives listed on the landing page.

3. Then, on the next page, click on the “Create Timesheet” button, which is the only field on that screen.

4. In the next page, use a calendar control to select the period end date for the timesheet and then click “Add”.

5. Then, navigate to the “Timesheet” screen, select the projects to which they are allocated and then enter the time logged into the fields for each day of the week.

6. Hit “Submit”.

List of things we accomplished1. Systems of Engagement with Likes, Frowns, Comments for every app transparent to all users. 2. Social Design (Design Thinking) for 500% productivity gain. The top apps were automatically bubbled up. 3. DevOps capability 4. Response time 500msec still a ways away. But 1C is one of the speediest sites. 5. SoE layer home grown using .NET and Analytics Apps using Java, Pentaho, EMC Greenplum. 6. Private cloud – app developers didn’t have to acquire server capacity for each app individually. 7. Hackathons for extreme agility. Delivering Apps in 48 hours to the business [700+ apps in 38 months]8. Gamification – leaderboard as well as some processes delivered as an actual game. 9. Curation – including an email curator to kill corporate spam.
