29B u/s C.O.C.PReformatory Act 1897 says, that if a person under fifteen year of age commit a crime he/she has to be send to reformatory

school for his/her character building.

THEFT OF A GOVT. PROPERTY Uniqueness:

• Theft of a brass mould which valued for Rs. 7.• Subsequently sold for less than actual worth.

• Evidences found on dockyard.

Motive by Magistrate:As it was accused first offence, magistrate accepted the

mercy on accused and find him Rs.100 along with 3 months rigorous imprisonment.
