A community-based service exchange network which connects neighbors with neighbors to exchange skills and interests and meet needs.

• Describe the submission, the data used, the problem solved and the proposed method of deployment and use

PowerPoint presentation of 10 – 15 slides

• Outline the solution and how it meets the goals of the challenge

Functional working prototype

• Demonstrating the proposed solution’s capabilities and functionality

Judging and PrizesJudging criteria for the proposed solution• Addresses one or more explicit problems; engaging users OR

tracking community growth (30%)

• Potential to have a material impact on the problem (25%)

• Innovation and creativity (20%)

• Socially acceptable (15%)
