What is Icebreak?

An early intervention service for young people (16-25 years) experiencing, or considered ‘at risk’ of developing, a personality disorder.

A service for young people…With damaging patterns of behaviour

With significant feelings of exclusion, detachment or not belonging

With a desire to explore positive coping strategies

Registered with GP in Plymouth & surrounding area

With no current or previous long term involvement with adult mental health services

With a diagnosis of personality disorder
