Join us for an informal afternoon and discussion on “Aging and Life Care Planning” with the Community Resource Partnership - an educational and information resource for seniors and their loved ones. Learn about life care planning options through the natural progression of aging and its impact on an elder’s health, mobility, housing, and financial resources. CRP professionals discuss options for seniors and their families to plan, pay for and coordinate long-term care.
