Case Presentation

19 year Unmarried Girl came with h/o Severe Pain in Lower Abdomen

Pain was severe spasmodic recurrent and occurring monthly in rt. Side.

Clinically vitals were stable and suprapubic l tenderness was present.

TAS-Unicornuate uterus with rudimentary right horn & haematometra of size .Their is subtle cleft between the uterus & the structure.

After preop profile and evaluation and fittness from physician ,laparoscopic dissection of rudimentry horn was planned and done.

Intraop and post op was uneventful. Total blood loss was apx. 100ml. No blood transfusion given. Use of morcelator has eased tissue retrieval. Discharged on day 2. Pt followed up regularly and she is totally

free of dysmennoroehea. TAS- after 3mths. Showing normal contour of

uterus.
