40 years old male with SOB, PMH IHD

• Previous Open Heart Surgery with Sternotomy .

• Severe Cardiomegally

• 1- Pericardial Effusion

• 2- Cardiomyopathy

• 3-Multivalvular Dysfunction

• LV Contrast Study to R/O LV clot & Leakage.

• Scarred Anterior Wall & Pericardial Effusion.

• Right Aspiration Pneumonia, Naso-gastric tube , MVR mechanical , Sternotomy Clips

• CT showed Calcified Pericardium & Bilateral Pleural Effusion.

65 years old lady came with SOB,WHAT LAB

TEST

• Acute LVF seen on CXR .

• BNP ( B- Natruretic- Peptide )

What next step should be done?

17 years old male with Fever

• Aortic Valve Vegetations due to Brucella

42 years old with H/O Stroke , No chest pain,

42 years old male with Stroke

• HOCM ( ECG & ECHO)

• What is the cause of Stroke

• Associated AF.
