Provides surveillance activities primarily for infectious diseases

Surveillance is the process of data collection, analysis and interpretation to produce useful information to inform Public Health actions

Provides GIS analysis and mapping services through dedicated resource

Automating Processes with FME

IS - Citizen Services section undertook a continuous improvement initiative to automate repeatable processes wherever possible

Priority was given to opportunities to utilize FME for process and production automation
