MOVEMENTThe sequential steps are in place to move people to a

greater level of commitment

ALIGNMENTThe arrangement of all

ministries and workers around the same simple process

FOCUSThe commitment to abandon everything that falls outside

the ministry process

INVITEThe key to church growth is to

invite

EXCITEThe key to invite is to excite.

INVOLVEThe key to excite is to involve.

EXCELWhat we determine to do we need to do well. Excellence

impacts but excellence is not convenient.
