What is Young leader program? Young leader is the program to be part of AIESEC, the biggest international youth leadership development organization. By applying to young leader program you can choose among five types of roles where you will develop different skills and compentecies.
Why Young leader program? • Develop leadership and management skills.

• Develop personally and professionally.
• Discover new cultures.
• Apply your university education in a practical experience.
• Increase global awareness and cultural understanding.
• Build both a local and global network with like-minded youth.
Project objectives:- Develop and Implement the marketing campaign to
attract the best talents. - Develop and Implement the assessment tools to select
the best talents.

Development phase: action steps1) Creation of the young leaders product and sub products. 2) Creation of marketing materials for online campaign
through social media and offline campaign trough campus promotion.
3) Creation of assessment guidelines and assessment tools for candidates selection.
Marketing materials (examples)
Selection materials:1) Young leader program interview guideline: how to
conduct an effective selection interview. 2) Young leader program assessment tool: how to select
the candidates for the young leader program. There are five general criteria and four specific role criteria.
3) Young leader program questionnaire: it is a questions bank to assess the candidates based on the criteria in the tool.
Implementation phase: action steps1) Organize online promotion through social media and
university online channels. 2) Organize on campus promotion with flyers distribution,
information booths and promotion events. 3) Organize the selection interviews. 4) Conduct the selection interviews. 5) Organize the induction day for the newbies. 6) Deliver the induction day to the newbies.

Retention rate after 4 months: 80%
