Radish Curry

INGREDIENTS
Radish – ¼ kg
Coconut grated – 2 tbsp.
Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Red chilly – 2 nos.
Asafoetida – a pinch
Curry Leaves – a few
Curd – 1 cup
Salt – as needed
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
How to make Radish Curry
Wash the radish thoroughly and peel of its skin.
Grate it and keep aside.
Take a cup of water add 3 tbsp butter milk and required salt to it.
Then add the grated radish to it and keep it aside for about 5 minutes.
Then drain grated radish completely and collect it in a bowl.
Heat the pan with a spoon of oil
and add mustard seeds, urad dal,
red chilly, and curry leaves.
Once it splitters, add the drained grated radish and salt to it
Mix the ingredients well and
close the pan with a lid.
Cook the dish in low flame.
Once the radish gets cooked well,
add the grated coconut
and stir well.
Hot ‘Radish curry’ is ready to serve!
