The Smith Familypart 2

Unless you want to give them ideas

With two babies their old place was far too small, so I spent several

hours renovating their home. It‟s still an upside down house, but

now there is room for growth. I do want to add some personal

touches to it so at the moment the walls are a little bare.

And here are the babies in their new nursery.

Merlin is in his crib on the left and is the one in the red

danglemaster on the right. James is snoozing in the yellow

danglemaster.

Whilst Mummy is off to work in a very uncoordinated and unsexy

uniform. Boo!

Other Mummy has a bath to console herself before a busy day

looking after two infants. Not that busy… Sims babies really don‟t

need that much attention. She had about three baths.

Once both Mummys were home it was time for James to come to the

cake

Gem blew out the candles…

…and then continued the tradition of trying to brain him on a light

fitting

Luckily she missed. Here is James all grown up before his makeover

James cons one Mummy into reading him a story whilst Gem chats to

Steve Lavelle on the phone. Got to keep that friend count high

“You‟re hot, and I‟ve been working all day…”

So Gem quickly takes James to the potty (notice his makeover)…

…and then sets him up with some blocks

So his Mummys can christen their new Master bedroom.

NB: This was ACR and Sam took the opportunity to try for baby. It

failed.

“So Gem I got something to ask you…”

“…will you marry me?”

“Let me just look at it…”

“OF COURSE I WILL!!!!!”

So back on the sofa, they go…

They move to the bed…

“I don‟t think we should be wearing boots on the bed”

“That‟s better”

… cue another attempt at try for baby ;)

A few hours later and Sam (in her PJs so she doesn‟t scar James for

life), takes her eldest son to the potty.

Gem tries to go to work but I am appalled at her uniform. Borked

mesh alert and PINK!?!?!! So I send her back inside to get into her

regular clothes. As the Knowledge/Family Sim she‟s staying home

for childcare (she wants to teach James ALL his skills)

Sam‟s gotten herself and James dressed and is getting in a bit of

tickle time…

…and then a bit of loving time ;)

A final goodbye kiss and its into the unsexy uniform and off to work.

After a quick yoga session (I‟ll take pics of how flexible she is next

time), Gem feeds James some radioactive „learning‟ milk and

teaches him to walk.

They become Best Friends and she teaches him how to use the

potty. Now he doesn‟t need help

Gem treats herself to a bubble bath after the busy day…running

around after a toddler is much harder work ;)

And James is waiting for a cuddle afterwards

They also have a little fun too

Just as Sam arrives home, Gem spots Jim Courcoult wandering by

and since they need a friend for Sam to get promoted he‟s invited

inside for tonight‟s celebrations

It‟s Merlin‟s turn to grow up!

Gem gets out the party blower whilst Sam brings him to the cake

Blowing out the candles!

NB: its snowing outside and apparently falling through the hot tub on the roof and into

the dining room. I put an awning over the hot tub at this point!

Sam does the traditional, try and brain the baby. Jim is not

impressed

And after makeover, which was just new clothes. He matches James

now except he‟s blue instead of red

Final pic is of my Simself looking cutely HOT ;)

I am debating whether to go back to my normal rotation and just

play them inside that (since they are now caught up with the others)

or to just play them whenever I feel like it. Have a feeling it will

start as the former and become the latter ;)
