Electronic Music vs. Acoustic Music

● Ever since the first electronic musical device was plugged in, there’s been a love/hate relationship between the acoustic and electronic crowds.

● Acoustic Music: It comprises music that solely or primarily uses instruments which produce sound through entirely acoustic means.

● Electronic Music: It comprises music that employs electronic musical instruments and technology in its production.

Electroacoustic Music

● Electroacoustic music originated in Western art music during the modern era following the incorporation of electric sound production into compositional practice.

● Best of both.● Gaining too much popularity.

Music + Mathematics

DAW

● A digital audio workstation (DAW) is an electronic system designed solely or primarily for recording, editing and playing back digital audio.
