#1. Go to the COMELEC office in your city or municipality
#2. Present a valid ID and fill out the application form
Community Tax Certificates and PNP clearances will not be honored.
You might be asked for a Birth Certificate.
You might be asked to present Proof of Billing
#3. Biometrics capture
Fingerprinting
Signature
Digital Image
#4. Acknowledgement Receipt
The Acknowledgement Receipt is proofof your application for registration.
IT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR VOTING.
