FAQ-I left the session but I can’t access again. Why?You must close both browser windows

-I can’t hear clearly. Why?When you can’t hear or you can’t talk, you should follow these steps:

- Check that your headphones and microphone are working- Check that two jacks are correctly plugged- Don’t use webcam and slides simultaneously: the need of bandwidth could reduce the audio quality- Follow the audio setup wizard (see slide 5)- If you can’t hear yet, try to end the session and log in again, sometimes it works and improves the audio quality
