Titles are granted, it is your behavior that wins you respect.

Leaders must be models of the behavior they expect of others.

Must identify, communicate, and act on their values and guiding principles.

Inspire a Shared Vision: Leaders have visions and dreams of what could

be.

Live their lives backwards; begin with the end in mind.

Inspire others to accept these visions as their own.

Enlist others’ support to make their visions a reality.
