that it be of use] to you so that ships might sail through it at
His behest, and that you might seek to obtain [what you need]
of His bounty, and that you might have cause to be grateful.
And He has made subservient to you, [as a gift] from Himself,
all that is in the heavens and on earth: in this, behold, there are
(AAYAT) messages indeed for (YATAFAK-KARUUN)people who
think! .”

the succession of night and day: and in the ships that speed
through the sea with what is useful to man: and in the waters
which Allah sends down from the sky, giving life thereby to
the earth after it had, been lifeless, and causing all manner of
living creatures to multiply thereon: and in the change of the
winds, and the clouds that run their appointed courses
between sky and earth: [in all this] there are messages indeed
for people who use their reason (QAWMIN- YA’-QILUUN).”

11 February 2016 – The Advanced LIGO (Laser Interferometer
Gravitational-wave Observatory) team announce that
they detected gravitational waves on 14 September 2015 from
a merger of two black holes about 400 mega parsecs (1.3 billion
light years) from Earth. The merger event is named GW150914
The outer space is not ‘empty space’ but do comprise of force
termed as ‘gravitational waves’. In physics gravitational waves are
ripples in the curvature of space-time which propagate as waves,
travelling outward from the source. Predicted in 1916 by Albert
Einstein on the basis of his theory of general relativity

planets and stars using the verb (root - - “float; swim”)

that is laid down by the will of the Almighty, the All-Knowing; and
[in] the moon, for which We have determined phases [which it must

[and] neither may the sun overtake the moon, nor can the night
usurp the time of day, since all of them (YAS-BA-HUUN) float
through space [in accordance with Our laws]. ”

It was narrated that ‘Abdullah said: “The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص lay down on a reed mat,
and it left marks on his skin. I said: ‘May my father and mother be ransomed for
you, O Messenger of Allah! If you had told us we would have provided you with
something that would save you this trouble.’ The Messenger of Allah ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said:
‘What is there between myself and the world? This world and I are
just like a rider who stops to rest beneath the shade of a tree then
goes and leaves it.’”
