Herring in oil

Ingredients:1. 1 onion2. 1 lemon2. 1 glass oil2. pimento3. bay leaf4. 3 piece herring

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion into cubes and toss to the bottom of the jar.

2. Let’s add a few grains of allspice bay leaf and lemon slice.

3. Pour oil to covered ingredients.

4. At the ingredients we put a layer of herring.

5. We repeat the action until the end.

6. Finish with onions with spices at the top.

7. Leave in the fridge for a day.
