2. Reflective & Integrative Learning

a. Combined ideas from different sources when completing assignments

b. Examined the strengths and weaknesses of your own views on a topic or issue

c. Challenged current supported hypotheses and theories

3. Quantitative Reasoning

a. Determined if quantitative information can be appropriately used to answer specific questions, and (if applicable) determined the correct answer.

b. Interpreted and thought critically about quantitative information in graphical, numerical or verbal formats.

c. Expressed quantitative conclusions in both written and verbal formats

d. Evaluated information and sources critically, and understood the economic, legal, and social issues surrounding the use of information.

Typical scheme: a random sample of 100 first year student in the fall and a random sample of 100 seniors in the spring. The test takes 2 hrs. and is taken by computer
